A BARANGAY COUNCIL RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF

VANESSA MAE R. ESTRELLA AS BARANGAY SECRETARY OF BARANGAY 608 ZONE 61,
DISTRICT VI, MANILA.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 394 (1) of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local
Government Code of 1991, the Barangay Secretary shall be appointed by the Punong Barangay with
the concurrence of the majority of all the Sangguniang Barangay members,

WHEREAS, VANESSA MAE R. ESTRELLA is qualified to discharge the mandated function

as respectively required under subparagraph (b), (c), and (d) of the aforecited local government
provision:

WHEREAS, VANESSA MAE R. ESTRELLA has been chosen on the basis of her suitability
for the task considering his integrity, Independence of mind, reputation and social standing in the
community.

NOW THEREFORE REIT RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED by the Sangguniang

Barangay of Barangay 608 Zone 61 in the 6th District of Manila to favorably endorse and express its
concurrence on the appointment of VANESSA MAE R. ESTRELLA as Secretary of this Barangay.
