Barangay Headquarters WHEREAS, the Barangay Council is mandated to constitute the Lupon
716 Bagumbayan Street Tagapamayapa of this Barangay pursuant to Sec. 399 of R.A. 7160, otherwise known
Bacood, Sta Mesa, Manila as the Local Government Code of 1991;

WHEREAS, the Lupon Tagapamayapa Members were chosen by reason of their

integrity, impartiality, independence of mid, sense of fairness, and reputation for
probity;
