1. Determine your key personel

personnel which is Cheline Rona Marie Ablaza, Estela Marie Montibon, and Sheila Mae
Reblora the owner and the manager of the business press book mark.

2. Identify your work force and support personnel

The skill that is required for this kind of small forest based business. which is the press book

handmade crops especially forest based products. For the position that needed of this small
business is the marketing, production, and sales management. In production theme it's only
need four to 3 persons in making the product. The marketing and sales management only need
