The Directorate was established to drive and catalyze the development and growth of
small, medium enterprises by providing bespoke and flexible financial and non-financial
products and services that cater for the peculiar needs of customers in this segment. We
offer term loans, working capital, capacity building trainings and workshops. The activities
of the Directorate align with the federal government’s economic and growth plans.

The Directorate also serves the market along geographic lines (SME-North and South
Divisions) and operates through 24 state offices across the country.
