FROM THE PRINCIPAL

A very special welcome to all new and returning students to Buff Bay High (School of Choice).
Here at Buff Bay High students have the opportunity to excel in every area. We are committed
to providing a safe non-threatening environment for all our students whether online or face to
face. The school offers a wide variety of academic and social activities for all students to acquire
life skills and showcase their talents. We therefore encourage all students to take advantage of
the opportunities for individual and national growth and development.

All stakeholders have an important role to play in the education of our children. However,
parental involvement is of utmost importance in helping to produce well-rounded individuals.
Good discipline begins at home; in the way our children dress, speak, conduct themselves and
attend to preparation for school. We believe that through the collective effort of parents,
teachers and students, we can ensure that the delivery of quality education is our hallmark.

We must aim to produce students who respect themselves and others and display a burning
desire for achieving social and academic success.

We are proud of our achievements over the past years. Our students have consistently shown
improvement in academic and co-curricular activities. The different categories of staff have
shown improvement by being constantly engaged in their professional development. The Board
of Management, P.T.A and the officers at Ministry of Education, Youth and Information-Region
2 offer continued support and guidance to the school community.

We are grateful to all our other stakeholders for their numerous donations in cash or kind to this
institution. We are imploring our students and parents to become more involved in the life of the
school especially during this pandemic in order to make each year a memorable one.
