Situation/Problem/Opportunity:
Comparing Visual Studio Application Features and sharp Develop Features tools which will give a better
understanding what Sharp-develop Application Lack and have a opportunity to improve and provide
better service for the user.

Purpose Statement (Goals):

This proposal may provide developers with an opportunity to improve and receive feedback from users.
This research will be beneficial to both developers and users. We are conducting this research to
determine which is superior for use in programming. This research can be useful to users of sharp develop
and visual studio, as well as to the two applications in determining whether they have any weaknesses
that need to be addressed.

Objectives/Deliverables:
● Have a better experienced for the user.
● Make the two application creates some adjustment and improvement.
● Have a close interaction from the developers for the greatness of the community.
● By comparing this two it will give the user to have a knowledge which is better.
● Discover which capabilities to look for while considering security. Infrastructure for networks.
● Because you use this application, you must create an account.
● It provides voice input and a speaker to convey information with persons who are unable to type.
● This project will adhere to client-facing design ethics in order to recognize the application's user
interface.
● The researchers believe that collaborating with other campuses is necessary for the project to
improve and evolve based on the needs of the users. Furthermore, it should be able to use the
program for any purpose, on any number of machines, in order to save money, which is usually the
driving force behind a company's decision to use open-source software.

Methods/Approach:

● We can use the two applications website and write a feedback and give them some suggestion
to help them to improve.
● We can use some google forms and give a it to people that has concerns for the two
applications which will give them an opportunity to provide feedback.
● This will give some impact on how the developers will approach this problem and make them that
user cares for their work.
● Any feedback given by the user's will be reviewed and must be acceptable for IT SECURITY
POLICIES so that the developers don't feel threaten and not to offend the developers of these two
applications
● Provide an Assist to disabilities and help them understand what this project proposal are all about.
Make sure that a member of staff can help a person with a physical disability, if appropriate.
● If Sharp Develop cannot provide some changes and improvement we’ll just have to stick to
Visual Studio as an alternative. Thus, conclude that Visual Studio will give a better experience for
the user.

Success Criteria:
● Everyone will benefit from completing this project since they will be able to complete their
tasks more efficiently and effectively. Aside from that, an increase in an organization's total
revenue is frequently regarded as a favorable sign. Furthermore, the company's revenue
will improve, particularly for delivery riders, as this project makes their job easier and
faster.
● For the client to declare the project a success, it must be delivered and maintained under
budget. It is also long-term and provides the anticipated commercial value. It facilitates the
user's daily demands, particularly for delivery riders. The project's success will be
determined by how well it achieves our objectives. The more clearly you explain them at the
onset, the less likely there will be disagreement. This initiative is useful, efficient, and
effective. Many folks will undoubtedly be pleased with this.
● This proposal has great benefits for users. Benefits include improved customer satisfaction,
improved user skills, increased market share, and improved corporate brand reputation.
The problem is alleviated in terms of time consumption. With this app you can easily find
your home location. In addition, it has improved customer credibility, better service to the
community, and better decision making.
Risks and Dependencies:
● Factors that may affect this application are if there is no updated home number
or if a new home is built. Make sure your house is registered with the barangay.
● Houses that are not registered in the barangay or city hall.
● Get people's permission to provide your home number.
● This application will not work properly if the user's GPS is turned off
● This application updates information annually based on new homes.

Required Consultations: The following consultations may be useful for any project. Identify which
consultation should be required for your project:
● Functional requirements from client community
We need clients to test our application and identify its strengths and weaknesses
● Budget and Resource Management Group budget review
This project will need a consultation since the organization will use budget to the said application.
● Procurement & Business Contracts (Purchasing) if an RFP or any significant project expenditures
are expected, consult with Procurement early in the process
This project will study the process of contracts so we need a consultation to secure an agreement.
● Technical requirements
This project will need consultation for its technical requirements to provide sufficient resources for
the organization.
● CRM Technical and client impact review
This will need a consultation because the project will conduct a survey base on the success rating of
the application and evaluate the client`s reviews
● Design Review Board (DRB)
This project needs consultation since this project tends to create a well-designed user interface.
● IT Security Policy
This application will need a consultation since it has a login form where the user information must
be secured.
Resources:
● People – project staff, participants, and those impacted (general classifications OK) technical
lead (if necessary), and functional lead (if necessary)
- User is the one who will use the application
- Application developer is the one who will create the said application.
- Project creator or head of the organization who instructs the developer on what action will be implemented.
