DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Transfer of Rights is entered into by and between:

JOSEPH ALVIN L. JOSE, Filipino, of legal age, married to WINYAN MAE P. JOSE,
and a resident of Cawa Street, Purok Matatag, Barangay San Isidro, General
Santos City, Philippines, herein referred to as a TRANSFEROR;

- and –

ART JAN B. SALDUA, Filipino, of legal age, married to DJARANI H. SALDUA, and
resident of Lot 5, Block 20, Malesido Homes, Barangay San, General Santos City,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the TRANSFEREE;

WITNESSETH:

The TRANSFEROR is the possessor/occupant of a parcel of land identified as follows:

“ A parcel of agricultural land, containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED (500) square

meters, more or less, situated at Sitio Glandang, Barangay Kablon, Tupi, South
Cotabato, and bounded as follows: On the N., by Guerrero Farm; on the E., by lot
of Samuel Panansang; on the W., by lot of Mario A. Bonilla; and on the S., by lot of
Dati Palate”

his right of possession/occupancy is by virtue of the Transfer of Rights executed in his favor as
transferee by transferor Arnold P. Guerrero dated 28 January 2021 and entered in the notarial book
of Atty. Emilio S. Paña Jr. as Doc. 96, Page No. 20, Book No. XCVIII, Series of 2021; and

IN CONSIDERATION of the amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00),

Philippine currency, paid by the TRANSFEROR, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
TRANSFEREE, the TRANSFEROR hereby relinquish possession and occupation, absolutely and
unconditionally, in favor of the TRANSFEREE, his heirs, successors-in-interest and assigns, of the
aforementioned parcel of land, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby set their signatures this ____ th day of August
2022 in the Municipality of Alabel, Sarangani Province, Philippines.
