This study aims to design an Android-based EDI (English Diary Electric)
application in English writing skill for Senior High School Students in Class X.
The researcher uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and uses the
ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
Based on the development results, the researcher got the media validation result
with a score of 87.5%, which was the "very good" category. In material
validation, the researcher got a score of 80%, which is a "good category". And in
the results of product implementation, researcher got a score of 88.2% which is a
"very good" category. From these data, the key is that the EDI (English Diary
Electric) application is suitable for use as a learning medium in English teaching
and learning activities

Alhamdulillahirabbil’alamin, on this beautiful opportunity, the researcher
would like to thank Allah SWT who has given mercy and guidance to me to
complete my final task with the title “Designing EDI (English Dairy Electric) in
English Writing Activities for Grade X Senior High Students. The researcher
submits this final project as the final requirement for completing undergraduate
education at the English Department, Faculty of Education, KH.A. Wahab
Hasbullah University, Jombang.
Completing this final task is not easy as imagined and thought. I am very
grateful for several people and institutions' help and valuable contributions.
Therefore, I would like to thank the following important people who have
