1. My name is Philip J. Levitz. I am an attorney at law licensed to practice before

the courts of the State of New York and the District of Columbia.

2. I am an associate with the law firm of Covington & Burling LLP, located at One

CityCenter, 850 Tenth Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001-4956, which is counsel to

Defendants JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., individually and as successor by merger to Chase

Home Finance LLC, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the above-captioned matter.

3. I make this affidavit pursuant to Rule 1.3 of the United States District Courts for

the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in support of my motion for admission pro hac

vice to this Court for all purposes in connection with this action.

4. I have been a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of New York since

February 6, 2013 and a member in good standing of the Bar of the District of Columbia since

February 3, 2014.

5. I have never been convicted of a felony.

6. I have never been held in contempt of any court, nor have I been censured,
