Violation of CC&R Process

1 Initial Action - Warning Letter sent to notify homeowner of CC&R violation - Homeowner has 2 weeks to remediate violation
2 Initial Fine assessed - Failure to comply letter sent after 2 weeks failure to comply
3 Second Fine assessed - Failure to comply letter sent after additional 30 days failure to comply
4 Final Action - After 60 days of failure to comply the Final Action will be at the discretion of the Board up to and including Property Lien.
