An original play by Stephen Yelon based on actual events in 1954.
Before Truman Morrison became the founding pastor of Edgewood United Church
in East Lansing, he was Minister to an all White church in a Chicago suburb.
In attempting to integrate the church, he discovers that powerful religious
principles come into direct conflict with deeply rooted prejudice, fear and greed.
