First login on Intive.

Easy as 1, 2, 3
1 Change AD username password
Your first step at intive is to login into
https://selfcare.intive.com/private/login and change your password.
Your username is without the domain @intive.com.
Check password policy on last page.

2 Email
To log in to your email, you must go
to https://outlook.com and log in with your Active Directory
email and your new password.

3 Teams
After login into your email, go to
https://teams.microsoft.com and log in using your
credentials.
And now ?

4 Activate MFA:
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication or
2Factor Authentication ) can be setup on:

• Wiki: MFA setup

(for login on wiki step 1 is required)

Password policy
Users who mistype their credentials more than 3 times in 5 minutes will be blocked for 30 minutes.

Please refer to the following policies when changing your password: Password Age:
•Minimum password age is 2 days - which in turn means that you can't
Length: change your password more frequently than once every two days.
Must be at least 12 characters.
•Due to legal requirements your password has to be changed every 90

Must not contain your name, surname or login in any combination.
•But no worries, you don’t have to strictly remember when it will happen,

Must contain characters from at least four groups described below:
