their work. Forrester, Inc. reports that “Asana simplifies team-based work management.

2. Dropbox - is a personal cloud storage service (sometimes referred to as an online backup


service) that is frequently used for file sharing and collaboration.

3. Email - messages distributed by electronic means from one computer user to one or more
recipients via a network

4. Facebook - is a popular free social networking website that allows registered users to create
profiles, upload photos and video, send messages and keep in touch with friends, family and
colleagues.

5. Google Drive - is a file storage and synchronization service developed by Google.

6. Google My Business - is a free and easy-to-use tool for businesses and organizations to
manage their online presence across Google, including Search and Maps. By verifying and editing
your business information, you can both help customers find you and tell them the story of your
business.

7. Instagram - is a free, online photo-sharing application and social network platform that was
acquired by Facebook in 2012

8. LinkedIn - is a social networking site designed specifically for the business community. The
goal of the site is to allow registered members to establish and document networks of people they
know and trust professionally.

9. Mega - Mega (stylized in uppercase as MEGA) is a cloud storage and file hosting service
offered by Mega Limited, an Auckland-based company. The service is offered primarily through
web-based apps.

10. OnlineJobs.ph - is a Filipino job board that caters exclusively to remote online work
opportunities.

11. PayPal - is an online financial service that allows you to pay for items using a secure internet
account. You simply add your bank account, credit card or debit card details and whenever you
pay using PayPal, you can choose which of your cards or accounts it pays with. You can also set
one to be the default payment method and that will be used unless you choose otherwise.

12. Slack - is essentially a chat room for your whole company, designed to replace email as your
primary method of communication and sharing. Its workspaces allow you to organize
communications by channels for group discussions and allows for private messages to share
information, files, and more all in one place.

13. Skype - is a telecommunications application that specializes in providing video chat and voice
calls between computers, tablets, mobile devices, the Xbox One console, and smartwatches via
the Internet. Skype also provides instant messaging services. Users may transmit text, video,
audio and images. Skype allows video conference calls.
14. Trello - is a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards. In one glance, Trello
tells you what's being worked on, who's working on what, and where something is in a process.

15. Twitter - is a free social networking microblogging service that allows registered members to
broadcast short posts called tweets. Twitter members can broadcast tweets and follow other
users' tweets by using multiple platforms and devices.

16. Zoom - is a company headquartered in San Jose, California that provides remote
conferencing services using cloud computing. Zoom offers communications software that
combines video conferencing, online meetings, chat, and mobile collaboration.
