age groups, attending to mental health clients and HIV clients, and reporting to the local Clinical
Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring of home based clients especially the elderly with a focus on everyday care
such as personal hygiene, mental health and general wellbeing
• Assisting the local Clinician in assessing and evaluating clients recovering at home
• Ensuring effective medicines intake through regular visits to clients recuperating at home
or those on regular medication
