AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY OF SURVEY

I, SHEILA TAGHAP-ARDON, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of

Espuelas Street, Tagbilaran City, Bohol hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the authorized representative of Taghap Surveying Services;

2. That our team had surveyed Lot No. 14506 GSS-07-02-000031 identical to Lot
12965-B CSD -07-0188119 which was approved on October 1, 2017;

3. That it had resulted into 6 resulting lots, one portion designated as Lot No.
14506-D with an area of 502 square meters;

4. However, it was found out that in accordance to a previous survey and a

corresponding Deed of Sale of the said lot, it was found out that such portion’s
area (Lot No.14506-D) is 478 square meters, the true and correct area;

5. The said discrepancy was done inadvertently and in good faith;

6. That I hereby attest the truth of the foregoing facts and for the necessary
corrections appearing in public instruments.
