I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A. Name and brief description of the product


Cheesy Dynamite with Ground Pork -this food is cheesy has a lot of ground pork
involving with long green chili and this very yummy and unique to the common one.
This is very yummy for your appetizer.

B. Who are your costumer’s?


Our target customer ranges no specific person it is open to all people.

C. Ingredients and materials, equipment used

10pcs Green Chili Microwavable Container (Tub)
10pcs Cheese Sticks Knife
120g Cheese Squeeze Shopping Board
¼ kilo Ground Pork
1 Onion
3 Cloves Garlic Mince
Salt and pepper to taste
1pc Egg

D. Production Process:

1. Using a sharp knife, slit across the green chili from the stem down to the tip.
Remove the seeds and be sure no seeds left so that it won’t become too spicy
2. In cooking pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and add the ground pork add some salt
and pepper too mixed until t cooked. Set aside.
3. Stuff each chili pepper with meat and place it in the lumpia wrapper and after
that place the cheese sticks on top of it.
4. Wrap the chili pepper with the lumpia wrapper. The stem should stick out on
one side of the lumpia. After rolling it paste it with water and brush some beaten
egg so it will become crispy.
5. Use a deep-frying pan or any materials available, heat the oil. Fry them until
golden brown and crisp. And dip it with cheese squeeze.

A. PRODUCT CONCEPT DESCRIPTION


Cheesy Dynamite with Ground Pork cooked in a hot oil, cheese and pork in the deep
clean electric fryer. We always based on our five steps of production process to make the
product same specially their taste and quantity and for its packaging we use
microwavable tub so that you can heat it again in case the lumpia is a little bit cold. Our
suppliers will be in the fresh supermarkets in Barangay Agusan Canyon and we surely
inspect which is the fresh one before buying our ingredients for the safety and
cleanliness of our product.

B. VISION, MISSION, GOALS


● Vision: We aspire to be the one of the very popular distributor and seller of our
very affordable own version of unique dynamite lumpia in Bukidnon.
● Mission: To provide our customers with our yummy, meatiest, cheesiest, affordable
and unique dynamite lumpia.

C. COMPANY NAME
Our company name is KFT KRISPY CHEESY GROUNDPORK DYNAMITE. Since our
names are too hard to combine, we decided to use our names first letter. K stands for
Krista my name, F stands for Florabelle and T stands for Tristan.

FORM OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

The forms of business organization in our company is partnership because our


company has 3 owners with no investor just the three of us running our business.

PARTNERSHIP- it is a contract whereby two or more reasons bind themselves to


contribute money, property of industry to common fund, with the intention of dividing
the profits among themselves.

The meaning of the color of our business logo is, it represents the color and yummy
appearance of our dynamite we can see it is golden brown when it cooked perfectly that’s
why we chose the color mustard. About the picture in the logo it shown is a cutie lumpia
dynamite we chose this because it can attract the costumers specially the vibe of the
color.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.Proper Waste Disposal


Always maintain proper disposal by putting the waste in their respective trash
cans.
2. Dress Code
Always wear your uniform or dress code that is required in our company so we
will able to identify our workers and also for our safety.
3. Avoid Bullying and Harassment on your Co-Workers
As we the owners of this company we want to guarantee a peaceful environment
in our company. Avoid harassing and bullying your co-workers to keep our
environment healthy and peaceful.

Time is gold so always work on time, being late or having a lot of tardiness will
be deducted on your work hours and also affect your salary.

Disobeying the rules will have a penalty also especially when you are not

We only allow our employee to vacation 2-3 weeks once a year it depends on
what’s the reason of it. Sick leave will only 2 every month and if its holiday we will

Our production area and selling area is beside Cooperative in Cam Phillips. Which is a
snack area of the people who work from the company and the people who visit Camp
Phillips.

VI. RECOMMENDATION

Since our business is getting bigger and better. We recommend to add new variant of
our product so that costumer’s can choose what they want to eat and for our marketing
strategy we decided to make our own video commercial so we can post and share it in
social media’s and promote our product. And when it comes to our weaknesses and
threats, we recommended that we must think and prepare for the future threats of
business we should research the solution of this threats. On our packaging and product,
we recommend to make it a little bit big so that our costumer’s can enjoy eating our
product also we recommend that we need to pack our product in a container that can
make our product still hot and crispy when we deliver or serve it in our costumers. And
lastly our expenses and revenues we decided to add P5.00 and make our product cost
into P25.00 peso since we will enhance its size we also need to increase our product cost
but the best way we recommend to make our expenses decrease and our revenues
increase is to always balanced our expenses like we need to prepare the product in exact
amount and also we recommend to think wisely when it comes buying the ingredients of
our product because this is also part of the success of our business. We also recommend
to open new branch when our sales will increase to make it bigger and bigger.
