10pcs Lumpia Wrapper Deep Fryer
1/2 kilo Oil Strainer
10pcs Green Chili Microwavable Container (Tub)
10pcs Cheese Sticks Knife
120g Cheese Squeeze Shopping Board
¼ kilo Ground Pork
1 Onion
3 Cloves Garlic Mince
Salt and pepper to taste
1pc Egg
D. Production Process:
1. Using a sharp knife, slit across the green chili from the stem down to the tip.
Remove the seeds and be sure no seeds left so that it won’t become too spicy
2. In cooking pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and add the ground pork add some salt
and pepper too mixed until t cooked. Set aside.
3. Stuff each chili pepper with meat and place it in the lumpia wrapper and after
that place the cheese sticks on top of it.
4. Wrap the chili pepper with the lumpia wrapper. The stem should stick out on
one side of the lumpia. After rolling it paste it with water and brush some beaten
egg so it will become crispy.
5. Use a deep-frying pan or any materials available, heat the oil. Fry them until
golden brown and crisp. And dip it with cheese squeeze.

names are too hard to combine, we decided to use our names first letter. K stands for
Krista my name, F stands for Florabelle and T stands for Tristan.

Our production area and selling area is beside Cooperative in Cam Phillips. Which is a
snack area of the people who work from the company and the people who visit Camp
Phillips.

Since our business is getting bigger and better. We recommend to add new variant of
our product so that costumer’s can choose what they want to eat and for our marketing
strategy we decided to make our own video commercial so we can post and share it in
social media’s and promote our product. And when it comes to our weaknesses and
threats, we recommended that we must think and prepare for the future threats of
business we should research the solution of this threats. On our packaging and product,
we recommend to make it a little bit big so that our costumer’s can enjoy eating our
product also we recommend that we need to pack our product in a container that can
make our product still hot and crispy when we deliver or serve it in our costumers. And
lastly our expenses and revenues we decided to add P5.00 and make our product cost
into P25.00 peso since we will enhance its size we also need to increase our product cost
but the best way we recommend to make our expenses decrease and our revenues
increase is to always balanced our expenses like we need to prepare the product in exact
amount and also we recommend to think wisely when it comes buying the ingredients of
our product because this is also part of the success of our business. We also recommend
to open new branch when our sales will increase to make it bigger and bigger.
