Dear Mr. Caleb,

Good day!

I would like to formally submit a report regarding on the problem of business management of the
company that cause of improper coaching to the employee’s and failed for providing company
phone. Base on the case Sally borrowed a phone in his sales manager to inform her client the
progress of the item. The sales manager clearly mishandled the company’s phone for personal
purposes causing for Sally’s claim of sexual harassment.
In response to this incident, the business company failed to realize that the employees of the
company are their most important assets. Without the employees, the company cannot operate.
All employees need to be motivated and reminded of their importance routinely.
I would like to improve and give recommendations in this this situation so it will not happen again.
First, as an employee it is very important that you may understand the policy and procedures of
company tools (Laptop; Phone) it must ensure that the laptop is being used only for official
purposes and in the course of the rightful discharge of their duties and not for generating,
transmitting, corresponding any content that is contrary to Company policies.
Lastly, have better training options and seminar in every field of work so they have knowledge,
awareness and prepared for what is going on day by day.
I hope that quick action will be taken based on recommendations for the betterment of our
company.
