1. Introduce yourself and tell me why you become a Java Developer?

I have been a Java Developer for a number of years now and since I first started work, I have
constantly sought to improve and develop myskills.

I am proficient with programming languages; I have an inquistitive nature that ensures I

analyze my work and the problems I encounter in detail; I am quick to learn new concepts
and can apply them to a variety of situations, and I am a strong team worker who can
collaborate with and work alongside others to complete challenging projects and also
resolve complex issues and problems.

I am highly self-motivated, technically astute and you can rely on me to get up to speed
quickly in the role whilst being a cooperative, responsive and adaptable member of your
team.

2. Why do you want to work for our company as a Java Developer?

Although I do get engrossed in my work as a Java Developer, the company I work for is still
very important to me.
I must feel supported in my work; I want to feel like I am continually growing and improving,
and I want to know that I am contributing to the wider team goals.
Therefore, before applying to become a Java Developer with your company, I spent quite a
bit of time researching your values, your products and services and the likely job satisfaction
levels I will have if I work for you.
During my research, everything pointed to the fact that this is a great place to work. You are
ambitious, you set high standards, and you are creative and innovative, and you clearly
support your staff so they can be the best they possibly can be.
I genuinely want to work here, and I feel it will be somewhere I can stay working at for a long
period of time.

3. Tell me about a time when you had to work under pressure?

I was recently involved in a contractual development architecture project helping to create
guidance that would make best use of organizational IT resources for a large organization.
The project have definitive timescale for completion, but I ran into problems half-way
through project due to the fact two experienced members of the team went of sick pretty
much at the same time. There was no option to push back the project deadline and I fully
understood how important it was to get everything completed so the organization could
move forward.
They ‘d already had problems with previous projects, so I was keen to get it over the line for
them. I analyzed the tasks the two team members were working on and I decided to finnish
the task by myself for feel more nights after carefully brief of what needed to be done and by
what timeframe.
By using my initiative, by remaining calm and by focusing purely on completing the project
to a high standard, I was able to get everything finished and submitted to the IT Manager
just before the deadline.
I'm a master's candidate in Computer Science at University of San Francisco.

I’m a person who is open-minded, good at teamwork, and eager to obtain more skills in my career.
Hope I can build a strong connection with people here.

DATADOG
building data pipelines
Join one of Datadog's software teams and work alongside other engineers to help solve complex
problems. Whether you are writing a new integration, building data pipelines, or working with
the open source community, our interns are key contributors to our product.

We’re looking for students to join us to help us collect, aggregate, visualize, and analyze
extremely high-scale metrics, logs, and application data. This role will be based in our New York
or Boston offices.

I believe theoretical knowledge is never enough to work in tech industry, no matter how many
Software engineering projects doing at colledge. So, joining in Datadog’s Software teams give
me a chance to get first-hand exposure working in real experience. As the same time, building
my professinal networks with across all team and receiving advice, gaining feedback from
mentor. This would be a critical step in my journey to become back-end Software Engineering.

Great question! Looking at positions that list ~2 years of experience as a requirement should
be the right level because you have more experience than a typical new grad. At Datadog, we
don't put weight toward how big your current team/company is -- we care more about
the impact of the work you've done. Some of our roles don't list years of experience but
qualifications instead, so checking to see if you meet those is a good start! For

Besides getting master’s degree in CS at SCU, complete at 1 or 2 internships and get

offer for Software Engineering job in us after graduating at college.

That absolutely my priority right now for 2-3 years. That is same that I would confident
enough for my SE journey, especial backend. I would go for previlege tech company
during first 2-3 years that help me to complete whole process of getting H1B or Green.
For this, It would require me dedicate time with comitment and deternimation. I would
do whatever it takes to get is. From learning, doing project, networking, job interview, ….

Talking about ambition in life, I would say, at the end everyone needs strong financial
foundation. Limitation of us is time and health.
Like you said, passive income and build asset rather than liability.

Investing

Attitute:
Start your most important task first: eat your urly frog first.

Network asset.
My balance sheet righ now:

Asset Liability

For entrepreneur, network is best asset. It takes time to strengthen and tapping your
networks.

I think there are many ways to make the choice: let others do it for you by investing
money or knowledge.
Investing in finanical market/fund
Selling stuffs online, taking advantage of technology to do it and It cost less time
dedication. I did try before but most of the time.
