Preamble
ቁጥር 8/1996 እንደተሻሻለው እንደገና ማሻሻል በማስፈለጉ
- Whereas, it is found necessary to
በ 1996 ዓ/ም የወጣው የተሻሻለው የደቡብ ብሔር amend the amended southern
ብሔረሰቦች እና ህዝቦች ክልል መንግስት ዐቃቢያነ ህግ Nation’s Nationalities and peoples
መተዳደሪያ ደንብ ቁጥር 8/1996 በዐቃቤ ህግነት ስለሚጠሩ Regional State Public Prosecutors
የህግ ባለሙያዎች አገልግሎት አያያዝ አሟልቶ አለመያዙ Regulation No 8/2003 as amended
ስለታመነ - Whereas it is believed that the
regulation no.8/2003 contains
ደንቡን ማሻሻል በዐቃቢያነ ህግነት ስለሚቀጠሩ የህግ
inadequate provisions of service years
ባለሙያዎች አገልግሎት አያያዝ ማስተካከል ተገቢ መሆኑ
for the legal professionals who are
ስለታመነ፡-
recruited as public prosecutors.
በተሻሻለው የደቡብ ብሔር ብሔረሰቦች እና ሕዝቦች ክልል - Whereas, it is believed to amend the
መንግስት ህገ-መንግስት አንቀጽ 66 ንዑስ አንቀጽ 6 መሰረት Regulation and thereby consider
የሚከተለው ደንብ ወጥቷል፡፡ service years of the legal professionals
recruited as public prosecutors.
- Now therefore, in accordance with
article 66(6) of the Southern Nations’
Nationalities and Peoples Regional
State amended constitution it is there by
regulated as follows.
1. አጭር ርዕስ 1. Short Title
ይህ ደንብ የተሻሻለው የደቡብ ብሔር ብሄረሰቦች እና This Regulation may be cited as the regulation No
ህዝቦች ክልል መንግስት ዐቃቢያነ ህግ መተዳደሪያ ደንብ 43/2005 to amend the amended southern nations’
Nationalities and people’s regional state public
ቁጥር 8/1996 ለማሻሻል የወጣ ደንብ ቁጥር 43/98
prosecutors regulation No. 8/2003.
ተብሎ ሊጠቀስ ይችላል

2. ማሻሻያ
አንቀጽ 2 ንዑስ አንቀጽ (11) ተሰርዞ በሚከተለው ንዑስ

አንቀጽ ተተክቷል፡፡
The amended Southern Nations’
‹‹በሙያው የሰራ›› ማለት የህግ ሙያ ያለው እና
Nationalities and Peoples Regional State
በዐቃቤ ህግነት ፣በዳኝነት ፣በፍ/ቤት ሬጅስትረርነት
Public Prosecutors Regulation article 2,
፣በፍርድ መርማሪነት፣በመርማሪ ፖሊስነት ፣በጠበቃነት sub article 11 is here by replaced by the
፣በነገረፈጅነት ፣በህግ ኤክስፐርትነት ፣በህግ አማካሪነት new article 2, sub article 11 as follows
፣በህግ መምህርነት ፣በህዝብ ተወካዮች ም/ቤት professional means a person has legal
አባልነት ፣በክልል ወይም በዞን ም/ቤቶች ወይም profession and were served as public
በብሔረሰቦች ም/ቤት በአፈ ጉባኤነት ወይም በምክትል prosecutor, Judge Registrar, Police
አፈ ጉባኤነት ወይም በፍትህ ተቋም በኃላፊነት investigator, Advocator ,lawyer, legal
ማገልገል ነው፡፡ expert, lecturer of law, member of
parliament ,speaker or deputy speaker in
Regional or zonal Councils or council of
Nationalities or appointees in justice
3. የደንቡ የሚጸናበት ጊዜ institutions.
ይህ ደንብ ከመስከረም 10 ቀን 1998 ዓ/ም ጀምሮ የጸና
ይሆናል፡፡
3. Effective date
The regulation shall enter into force on
አዋሳ the 20th day of September, 2005
መስከረም 10 ቀን 1998 ዓ/ም
