Monitoring Sales Orders

Step Action
1. Begin by navigating to the Order Orchestration work area.

Click the Navigator menu.

2. Click the Order Orchestration link.

3. Use the Order Orchestration work area to view and monitor orders and to take action
on them.
4. Click the Advanced button.

5. Use the Advanced Search region to search for fulfillment lines that meet a variety of
criteria.
6. Click the Open list.

7. Click the Yes list item.

8. Click the Shippable list.

9. Click the Yes list item.

10. Click in the Customer Number field.

11. Enter the desired information into the Customer Number field. Enter a valid value e.g.
"1006".
12. Click in the Jeopardy Priority field.

13. Enter the desired information into the Jeopardy Priority field. Enter a valid value e.g.
"High".
14. Click the vertical scrollbar.

15. Click the Search button.

16. Click the Save button.

17. Use the Create Saved Search window to name your search and save it.
18. Enter the desired information into the Name field. Enter a valid value e.g. "CSandR
Orders in Jeopardy3".
19. Click the OK button.

20. Click the vertical scrollbar.


21. Use the Search Results region to view the fulfillment lines that you searched for.
22. Click the horizontal scrollbar.
23. Sort the fulfillment lines by jeopardy priority so that you can easily identify the lines that
most urgently require resolution.

Click the Jeopardy Priority column header.

24. You have successfully created a way to quickly monitor the orders of a particular
customer.
