The Role
The Training & Marketing Executive ’s role focused on executing specific stages of the training plan; specifically,
identifying attendees, enrolling in training course or program, tracking, and reporting completion of training,
and managing the day-to-day minutiae of a training project.

Once the master training schedule has been outlined and approved, the Training & Marketing Executive helps
keep all parts of the training and development program organized and running according to plan. This may
involve communicating between management and various team members, setting times and dates for training,
and relaying any issues with timelines or budgets to the HR Advisor.

This role also provides dedicated support to SEA & MEA clients with specific focus on HR transactions, data
maintenance, reporting, onboarding, and more rigorous data management specifically related to employee
data/assignment changes, HRIS records, and staffing compliance as needed.

Span of Control
Training
▪ Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
▪ Design effective training programs
▪ Develop educational material such as modules, summaries, videos etc.
▪ Creates the Master Training Calendar, and continuously updates the calendar to reflect all training
opportunities
▪ Creates and manages a database tracking completed training for all team members (courses completed,
pre-and post-training evaluations) and feedback on instructional effectiveness.
▪ Creates and maintains curriculum database or filing system and instructor.
▪ Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
▪ Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
▪ Monitor employee performance and response to training
▪ Assist on HR data maintenance across SEA and MEA, performance management monitoring,
onboarding and offboarding
▪ Provides administrative support to training program as needed.
▪ Other general HR task may be assigned from time to time.
Marketing
▪ Plan, manage and execute a variety of industry conferences and hosted events to build Optimise Media
brand awareness and generate leads
▪ Produce thought leadership content to help establish Optimise Media as a thought leader in affiliate
marketing and partnership space i.e., blog posts, Linkedin articles, case studies, whitepapers, bylines
▪ Be responsible for the distribution and amplification of content through earned, owned and paid
channels
▪ Plan and execute Demand Generation activities (including Direct Buy, Email, Direct Mail, eGifting) to
achieve Optimise Media marketing revenue goals
▪ Localise product positioning, messaging, and packaging to empower Optimise Media sales team
▪ Support and localise agency-led paid social and paid search activity

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Training & Marketing Executive with at least 5-years of relevant
background in the following:
▪ Training Needs Analysis
▪ Lesson planning, development & implementation
▪ Instructional experience in a group business setting

▪ Extensive knowledge teaching theory for creating effective creating instructional materials
