Objectives
● Have the knowledge of sources of ancient and medieval India, civilizations, political and
social changes.
● Understand the Structure of Ancient and Medieval Indian Economic Institution.
● The course will enable the students to study the history of ancient and medieval India from an
analytical perspective.
● It will acquaint the student with various approaches and interpretations of ancient history of
India.
