一、 工作原理 Working Principle

2. 工作原理 Working Principle

1) 该磁吸式管道全位置焊机(单片机型)
(下称焊机)利用 4 个磁吸滚轮将焊接小车牢固地吸附

在管子表面上,通过直流步进电机+蜗轮蜗杆机构驱动磁吸滚轮转动,实现焊接小车在管子表

面上爬行。

The magnetic type pipe all-position welding machine (MCU type) (hereinafter referred to as

the welding machine) uses 4 magnetic wheels to firmly adsorb the welding trolley on the

pipe surface, The magnetic wheel is driven to rotate by DC stepping motor and worm gear

mechanism, so the welding trolley can crawl on the surface of the pipe.

2) 该焊机利用直流步进电机+线性导轨+滚珠丝杆,实现枪头机构的纵向位移,以方便焊枪对准焊

缝.

The welding machine uses DC stepper motor + linear guide rail + ball screw to realize

longitudinal displacement of the welding gun mechanism, so as to facilitate the alignment of

the welding gun to the weld.

3) 该焊机在特定的纵向位移处,实现枪头机构的纵向摆动,以便焊枪进行摆动焊接。

The welding machine has a specific longitudinal displacement to realize the longitudinal

swing of the welding gun mechanism so that the welding gun can swing and weld.

4) 该焊机利用直流步进电机+蜗轮蜗杆机构,实现枪头机构的角度调节;利用直流步进电机+伞形

齿轮+梯形丝杆,实现枪头机构的径向位移。

The welding machine uses DC stepping motor + worm gear and worm mechanism to adjust

the angle of the welding gun mechanism. The radial displacement of welding gun

mechanism is realized by using DC stepping motor + bevel gear + trapezoidal screw.

5) 该焊机利用气保焊接电源、气保送丝机构和特制气保焊枪,实现气保填充和盖面焊接。

The welding machine uses the gas shielded arc welding source, the gas shielded arc wire

feeding mechanism and the special gas shielded arc welding gun to realize the gas shielded

arc filling and the capping welding. If selected with specific welding power source then can

realize rootpass welding.

6) 该焊机利用安装在焊接小车内的动作控制线路板、安装在焊接电源内的焊接控制线路板及盲操

无线摇控器,实现焊接动作控制和焊接参数调节。

The welding machine uses the action control circuit board installed in the welding trolley, the

welding control circuit board installed in the welding power supply and the wireless remote

controller to realize the welding action control and welding parameter adjustment.

四、 安装调试 Installation and Commissioning

1. 设备安装 Equipment Installation

1) 打开包装木箱(需要重复使用,采用非破坏性开箱方法)
,首先进行开箱检查,对损伤或缺失零

部件提出处理意见。

Open the case(needing to be reused, and using non-destructive method) to inspect the

machine, and put forward the opinions on the damaged or missing parts.

2) 将焊接电源放置至合适位置。

Place the welding source in an appropriate position.

3) 将焊接小车临时吸附至管子表面上。

Attract the welding trolley to the pipe surface temporarily.

4) 绕管子一圈将防坠链联接至焊接小车两端,防坠链应留有充足的余量。

Install the anti-fall chain the two ends of the welding trolley around the pipe and leave the

anti-fall chain with sufficient allowance.

5) 将焊接电缆的电源端联接至焊接电源上,将焊接电缆的小车端联接至焊接小车上。

Connect the power end of the welding cable to the welding source, and connect the trolley

end of the welding cable to the welding trolley.

6) 将焊丝盘及焊丝安装至送丝机上。

Install the wire reel and wire to the wire feeder.

7) 让有证电工将将供电电缆(用户自备)联接至焊接电源上。

Let the certified electrician to connect the power supply cable (user-supplied) with the

welding source.

8) 打开无线摇控器,确认电池电量是否充足。

Turn on the wireless remote controller to make sure the battery is full or not.

2. 机器调试 Machine Commissioning

1) 正式安装焊接小车前先清除管子外圆面上的污物,检查磁性滚轮上是否吸有铁屑等杂物,如有

将其清除干净。

Before installing the welding trolley, remove the dirt from the outer surface of the pipe,

check whether the magnetic wheels are attract ed with iron debris and other impurities, and

clean it if there is any.

2) 将焊接小车轻放至管子表面上。安放时注意使一组滚轮与管子接触,再将另一组滚轮缓慢放下

(不要将两组滚轮同时与管子接触)
。当两组滚轮都与管子接触时,握住机身两侧的手柄用力来

回摆动几次,使磁性滚轮更自然的全部与管子吸牢。

Place the welding trolley lightly on the pipe, and be careful that one set of wheels shall

contact the pipes first, and then slowly put the other set down (Do not contact the two sets

of wheels with the pipes at the same time). When the two sets of wheels are in contact with

the pipe, hold the handle on both sides of the trolley and swing it back and forth several

times, making the magnetic wheels more naturally attracted on the pipes.

3) 合上控制箱上的电源开关,将电源接通。使焊接小车在管子上试运行一圈,检查有无障碍物,

及各电缆长度是否足够。检查焊接小车是否偏移,如有排除后方可运行。

Turn on the power switch on the control box and electricity are laid on. Make the welding

trolley run a circle on the pipe to check whether there is any obstacle and whether the

length of each cable is enough. Check whether the trolley has offset, and if any, the trolley

can only be operated after removed.

4) 调整好焊枪的纵向位置,使焊枪与焊缝对准。

Adjust the longitudinal position of the welding gun, so that it is aligned to the weld.

5) 调整好小车的行走参数;调节好焊枪的摆动、高度、角度参数;调节好电源的焊接参数。

Adjust the crawling parameters, and adjust the swing; height and angle of the welding gun,

and adjust the welding parameters.

6) 打火开始焊接试验,在焊接过程中检查焊机的完整性、可靠性、稳定性。

Start welding test after ignition. Check the integrity, reliability and stability of the welding

machine during welding.

7) 焊机调试完毕后,切断总电源。

After the welding machine debugging is completed, the total power supply shall be cut off.

五、 操作程序 Operation Procedures

1. PAAWM-00Db

1) 吸附焊接小车离焊口合适位置上(在焊枪纵向位移覆盖范围内);

Attract the welding trolley in an appropriate position from the weld (within the coverage of

the welding gun’s longitudinal displacement);

2) 确认焊接小车的四个磁吸滚轮与管子紧密接触;

Confirm that the four magnetic wheels of the welding trolley are in close contact with the

pipe;

3) 挂好焊接小车防坠链条;

Attach the anti-fall chain around the welding trolley;

4) 打开焊接电源开关;

Turn on the switch of the welding source;

5) 扭开”紧急停止按纽”,按下”电源开关按纽”,打开电源,启动焊接小车;

Turn on the “Emergency stop button”, push on the “power supply button", so as to open the

power supply and start the welding trolley;

6) 拨动”焊枪上下开关”,向上调节焊枪的径向位置,使焊丝离开管子表面 10mm;

Toggle the "Toggle switch for gun up or down movement" and adjust the welding gun’s

radial position up to make the welding wire leave 10mm from the pipe surface;

7) 拨动”驱动正反开关”,调节焊接小车的圆周位置,使焊枪有合适的起弧点;

Toggle the "Toggle switch for forward or backward crawling" to adjust the circumferential

position of the welding trolley so that the welding gun has appropriate arc starting point;

8) 按下““功能选择按纽”,同时拨动“检气送丝开关”,将杆伸长度达到 5-10mm;

Press the "Function selection button", and at the same time toggle the "Toggle switch for gas

detection or sending wire" to reach the rod extension length to 5-10mm;

9) 拨动“焊枪左右开关”,调整焊枪的纵向位置,使焊丝对准焊口中心;

Toggle the "Toggle switch for gun left or right shift“, adjust the longitudinal position of the

welding gun, and align the welding wire to the center of the weld;

10) 拨动”焊枪上下开关”,向下调节焊枪的径向位置,使焊丝距离前层焊道 10-15mm;

Toggle the "Toggle switch for gun up or down shift" and adjust the welding gun’s radial

position down so that the welding wire is 10-15mm away from the welding pass of the front

layer.

11) 拨动”焊枪正反开关”,调节焊枪的径向角度,使焊枪有合适的焊接角度(向下焊时,焊枪径向

即可;向上焊时,焊枪沿径向上翘 2-5 度)

Toggle the "Toggle switch for gun forward or reverse turn", adjust the radial Angle of the

welding gun, so that the welding gun has a suitable welding Angle (When welding

downward, the welding gun’s position is radial; When welding upward, the welding gun is

upwarped up by 2-5 degrees along the radial direction)

12) 扭动“转动速度编码器”,调节焊接小车的爬行速度至合适值;

Twist the "Rotation speed encoder" to adjust the crawling speed of welding trolley to an

appropriate value;

13) 扭动“电流左时编码器”,调节焊接电源的焊接电流至合适值;

Twist the "Welding current & left time encoder" to adjust the welding current of the welding

source to an appropriate value;

14) 扭动“电压右时编码器”,调节焊接电源的焊接电压至合适值;

Twist the "Welding voltage & right time encoder" to adjust the welding voltage of the

welding source to an appropriate value;

15) 扭动“摆宽摆速编码器”,调节气保焊枪的摆动宽度至合适值;

Twist the "swing width & swing speed encoder" to adjust the swing width of the welding gun

to an appropriate value;

16) 按下““功能选择按纽”,同时转动“摆宽摆速编码器”,调节气保焊枪的摆动速度至合适值;

Press the "Function selection button", and at the same time turn "swing width & swing speed

encoder" to adjust the swing speed of the welding gun to an appropriate value;

17) 按下““功能选择按纽”,同时转动“电流左时编码器”,调节气保焊枪的左侧定时至合适值;

Press the "Function selection button", and at the same time turn the "welding current & left

time encoder" to adjust the left timing of the welding gun to the appropriate value;

18) 按下““功能选择按纽”,同时转动“电压右时编码器”,调节气保焊枪的右侧定时至合适值;

Press the "Function selection button" ,and at the same time turn the "Welding voltage &

right time encoder" to adjust the right timing of the welding gun to the appropriate value;

19) 扭动“正向反向旋纽“,使焊接小车处于正向转动方向;

Twist the "Forward & reverse knob" so that the welding trolley is in the forward rotation

direction;

20) 按下““焊接启动按纽”,开始进行焊接(一般情况:实芯焊丝向下焊、药芯焊丝向上焊)

Press the "Welding start button" to start welding (general condition: solid cored wire

downward welding, flux-cored wire upward welding);

21) 在焊接过程,根据熔池变化,用“转动速度编码器”调节转动速度;

In the welding process, according to the change of molten pool, adjust the rotation speed

with "Rotation speed encoder";

24) 拨动”焊枪上下开关”,向上调节焊枪的径向位置,使焊丝距离前层焊道 5-10mm;

Toggle the "Toggle switch for gun up or down shift" and adjust the radial position of the

welding gun up to make the welding wire 5-10mm away from the welding pass of the front

layer

25) 拨动”驱动正转反转”开关,使焊接小车反方向爬行;

Toggle the "Toggle switch for forward or backward crawling" to make the welding trolley

crawl in the opposite direction;

26) 扭动“转动速度编码器”,调节焊接小车的爬行速度至最大值;

Twist the "Rotation speed encoder" to adjust the crawling speed of the welding trolley to the

maximum value;

27) 将焊接小车以最快速度退回至原点;

Return the welding trolley to the origin as fast as possible;

28) 人行至另一侧;

The welding machine operator goes to the other side;

29) 扭动“正向反向旋纽“,使焊接小车处于反向的转动方向;

Twist the "Forward & reverse Knob" to make the welding trolley in the reverse rotation

direction;

30) 重复上述步骤,沿反方向进行另一半圈焊缝的焊接;

Repeat the above steps and weld the other half of the weld in the reverse direction;

31) 拨动”焊枪上下开关”,向上调节焊枪的径向位置,使焊丝距离前层焊道 5-10mm;

Toggle the "Toggle switch for gun up or down shift" and adjust the radial position of the

welding gun up to make the welding wire 5-10mm away from the welding pass of the front

layer;

32) 拨动”驱动正反开关”,使焊接小车反方向爬行;

Toggle the "Toggle switch for forward or backward crawling" to make the welding trolley

crawl in the opposite direction;

33) 重复上述步骤,进行下一层焊缝的焊接。

Repeat the above steps to weld the next layer of the weld.
