Target Market

EnviroPrints and Customs has chosen to focus on the small business market segment as its
primary customer base because these customers usually have the lowest switching costs and
do not have long-term relationships with other printing companies and are the most aggressive
in searching for low-cost printing services. Furthermore, EnviroPrints and Customs ability to
route jobs of various sizes to printers temporarily. The excess capacity matches well with these
companies, who usually desire smaller print runs.jobs than the larger companies do. As stated
previously, EnviroPrints and Customs will also focus on large businesses. The advantage is The
thing about this market segment is that each job usually offers a higher margin than compared
with the small business segment. Finally, the company will also address individual needs. This is
potentially the largest. However, there is a relatively high churn rate in this segment that will
require more extensive marketing efforts to attract new customers. This, in turn, lowers the
marginal and makes this segment the least attractive.
As you can see, this is the graphical form of the demand of printing press business in the
Philippines. The past years, the sales of printing press business are in demand and there are
some reasons of its demand. Here as follows:

1. Students- These are one of those people who will be needing our kind of business. For
example, school events like intramurals, College shirt and etc. Every year level or base
on their team they will be needed a shirt for uniformity. As of now there are 15 Colleges
and Universities in General Santos City. The estimated student per year each school is
3,000. This number of students will be the estimated customer to our business.

GENERAL SANTOS CITY - Around 180,000 learners trooped to various public and private
schools here on Monday morning for the formal opening of classes for the school year
2019-2020. Mario Bermudez, assistant superintendent of the Department of Education
(Dep Ed) city division, said these comprise around 153,000 students from public elementary,

Natural Resources office (CENRO).
