Through our findings from the collected data we have come up with relevant recommendations but

we do believe every research has some limitations and conditions which can lead to biased opinions.
Certain factors that have limited our research are:

1) The data that we have collected is a sampled data through which we are trying to analyse the
EVLN Model. The suggestions that we are putting forward are the direct observations from our
interviews, surveys and few articles which in turn are the responses of around 100 participants. We
do not believe we can make decisions for the entire population of the Industry. Hence, the size of
data is one of the major factors.

2) Though we have tried to take responses from people having various domains and backgrounds,
our research may not capture the working preferences of people with various profiles. Also, our
survey respondents are the majority of the students which is extremely limiting since our entire
population is an amalgamation of diverse people.

3) Due to the current online scenario, we couldn’t reach out to people personally and had to rely on
surveys and interviews taken through online mode. Questionnaires can sometimes be biased in
various situations when filled online. Participants might not be able to understand the question
properly and hence choosing the most satisfying answer. Also how seriously the survey has been
filled will always be a matter of dilemma and lastly, several communication issues that we faced
while taking the interviews. All these mentioned factors led us to realise that better communication
or data collection could have been done in an offline setup.

4) Due to lack of resources, we opted for surveys and interviews to gather data but we believe that
for any deep-dive analysis access to a large amount of data is a must to capture the essence of both
sides. Lack of access to data has limited our research to understand all the aspects. 5) Lastly, because
of time constraints and lack of a great deal of experience conducting research and writing research
papers of this scale, the scope and depth of our paper's discussions are limited in comparison to the
works of more experienced researchers on many levels.
