- It attracts talent. Job candidates evaluate your organization and its climate. A strong, positive, clearly defined and
well-communicated culture attracts talent that fits.
- It drives engagement and retention. Culture impacts how employees interact with their work and organization.
- It impacts happiness and satisfaction. Research shows that employee happiness and satisfaction are linked to strong
workplace culture.
- It affects performance. Organizations with stronger cultures outperform their competitors financially and are
generally more successful.
To my views, I would like to work with Tesla, Inc. and Hindustan Unilever as they have great working culture which has
all 3 drivers mentioned above.
Both organisations are innovative organization that are constantly changing and improving. Organisations like these always
seek employees with great expertise in their respective fields with creative mind-set. My career driver being expertise,
creativity being at the top driver, I believe I would be a great fit for their culture.
Observed in the industries, both organisations working culture are distinctive, however they encourage and reward
employees with creative ideas and motivates for affiliation.
