Order
[1] On September 23, 2022, the Court ordered Appellants to file a corrected
Emergency Motion to Stay Preliminary Injunction Pending Appeal with
Notice to Other Parties with the Clerk of this Court by September 26,
2022. The Court’s order also provided that Appellees’ response(s) to
Appellant’s Emergency Motion to Stay Preliminary Injunction Pending
Appeal with Notice to Other Parties would be due on October 3, 2022.

[2] Pursuant to the Court’s September 23, 2022 order, Appellants have filed a
Corrected Emergency Motion to Stay Preliminary Injunction Pending
Appeal with Notice to Other Parties. Appellants have also filed a Verified
Emergency Motion to Expedite Response to Emergency Motion to
Transfer and Contingent Motion to Expedite Response to Emergency
Motion to Stay.

[3] Having reviewed the matter, the Court finds and orders as follows:

1. Appellants’ Contingent Motion to Expedite Response to

Emergency Motion to Stay is denied.
