POLICIES, GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES

 Each section is subdivided into two batches (to accommodate 25 students in each classroom)
 Each batch of students will have to attend a twice a week face to face classroom instruction
following the given schedule.

(A) KINDERGARTEN – Half-day Only


• Batch A – 8:00am – 12:00pm
• Batch B – 1:00pm – 4:00pm

(B) GRADES 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 11 & 12 – 8:00AM – 3:30PM


• Batch A – Monday and Wednesday
• Batch B – Tuesday and Thursday

(C) GRADES 4, 5, 6, 9 & 10 – 8:30AM – 4:00PM


• Batch A – Monday and Wednesday
• Batch B – Tuesday and Thursday

SUBJECTS TO BE OFFERED:
FIRST SEMESTER
August 8 to December 14, 2022

Kindergarten Reading, Language, and Mathematics

Grades 1, 2, 3, 7 & 8 Mathematics, English, Filipino, and TLE/Computer

Grades 4, 5, 6, 9 & 10 MAPEH, Araling Panlipunan, Christian Living, and Science


SUBJECTS TO BE OFFERED:
SECOND SEMESTER
January 4, 2023 to May 13, 2023

Kindergarten English, Christian Living, and Filipino

Grades 1, 2, 3, 7 & 8 MAPEH, Araling Panlipunan, Christian Living, and Science

Grades 4, 5, 6, 9 & 10 Mathematics, English, Filipino, and TLE/Computer

 Learning activities, worksheets, assignments, and performance tasks will be given by the
teacher for the students to accomplish at home when they do not have face to face sessions
in school.
 Quizzes, oral/practical examination, and quarterly/summative assessment will be
administered in school by the subject teacher/class advisers on scheduled days.
 Laboratories (Science, Computer, and TLE) shall be utilized for experiments, hands-on
activities, and demonstrations which will showcase the application of learned concepts by
the students.
 Students are expected to dedicate appropriate time to learn using the instructional materials
and are required to answer/perform activities and submit all assignments, answered activity
sheets on due dates with academic honesty.
 Parents/Guardians are asked to collaboratively work with the teachers by reminding their
children to perform their learning tasks and monitor their children’s progress while at home,
and to readily make themselves available for conference with the teacher when the need
arises.

GRADING SYSTEM

ADDITIONAL REMINDERS

1. Students are to have a health kit (sling bag) with the following contents: extra face masks,
alcohol, and other hygiene paraphernalia
2. Students especially in the grade school are encouraged to bring their own “baon” and
required to bring water bottle/tumbler.
3. Parents are discouraged from staying inside the school to wait for their children.
4. Students who are sick should no longer report to school to prevent possible unwanted
transmission of the virus.
