Guidelines on the Implementation of the Joint Delivery Voucher Program for Senior High School
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Specializations for School Year (SY) 2021-2022. This is pursuant
to pertinent provisions of Republic Act (RA) No. 10533 or the Enhanced Basic Education Act of
2013 and RA 11518 or the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2021. 2. The guidelines aim
to enhance the capability of DepEd SHSs to implement the TVL track through partnerships with
institutions, which are equipped with necessary resources (teachers, workshops, tools and equipment)
to carry out the program. 3. * These guidelines shall take effect immediately, and shall remain in
force and in effect for the duration of the program for SY 2021-2022. 4. For more information, please

Life is full of abundance, but what makes this abundance continue flowing are the people who
culminate simple resources with maximum efforts into unique outcomes for the betterment of our
community.

A pleasant afternoon to SHS within CP Garcia ES TVL senior high school students, I give you my
warmest welcome to this school year’s culmination activity for the technical-vocational and livelihood
strand! Our fruitful gathering today would not have happened if not because of God, who has guided
each TVL student in walking their every path to becoming successful students with concrete vocations. I
would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the International School of Technology, Arts, and Culinary
of Davao City for not only providing our students with abundant equipment and safe facilities for them
to prosper, but for giving them an opportunity to become the best version of themselves. Of course, the
wholeness of this culmination will never be complete if not because of you all. Our dear students,
despite knowing the stereotypes from society in their views of the TVL track, your eagerness in pursuing
your career and the commitment shown by your products and services is enough evidence that you are
the real reason why you are here with us today, finally harvesting the fruit of your hard work.

May you continue to shine and offer quality, show the whole world what you can do, and keep believing
