Quality Policy

Commitment
At Enerveo one of our core values is that Every Day, Quality Drives us Forward. We are committed to providing
customers with highly professional products and services that meet their required specification whilst protecting
employees, interested parties and the environment in which we operate.

Objectives
• To do it right first time;
• For our Senior Leaders to create a culture of high standards and personal responsibility for delivering Quality;
• To continually improve our products and services always with customer satisfaction in mind; and
• To share knowledge and learning, and make it accessible.

This will be achieved by:


• Maintaining a single, robust, agile and effective Integrated Management System achieving the principles of ISO
9001:2015 detailing how we do things right;
• Appointing Process Owners and Governance Representatives across the business to develop, monitor, review
and improve their processes;
• Deploying a framework of continuous internal monitoring, audits, senior management reviews and customer
appraisals to drive compliance and continual improvement;
• The structured use of operational quality tools to achieve built-to-last, defect free delivery;
• Setting and monitoring clear and measurable quality objectives to drive capability and performance;
• Ensuring staff are trained and qualified to be competent in their roles and deliver high performance;
• Driving Innovation to improve our efficiency and the technology we use;
• Our commitment to adhering to critical requirements such as National Highways Sector Scheme 8; and
• Communicating this policy, its supporting framework and expectations to all employees, contingent workers,
contracted Third-Parties and any other interested party.

Responsibilities
• The Executive Board to maintain this policy for the organisation, monitor the performance and provide adequate
resource to deploy this policy.
• Functional Heads to ensure that effective resources, arrangements and management controls are in place to
deliver and comply with all organisational and legal requirements.
• Every individual in the business to comply with this policy, actively contribute to the continual improvement of our
Integrated Management System and strive to deliver high quality products and services at all times.
