When we see a work of art, our minds instinctively form an opinion about it.

We all have various

perspectives, views, and feelings about art. It's natural for us to have varied reactions to different things
based on how we understand the art. It's also noteworthy as a work of art.

When we first see the statue in the video, which is located in Bilbao, Spain, we may have a
variety of feelings. Personally, given the girl's emotion was stunned in the absence of nowhere when I
first saw the statue at the beginning of the video, I would assume that something horrible has happened
to the girl, or that something bad is about to happen, as a warning. A girl statue in the middle of the
river is odd to behold, and if no one tries to explain it concretely, people may be scared, or joyful since it
is unique to them, but it is our opinion. We might interpret it in our own way. However, the actual
message of that art piece is about sustainability, and that no matter what decisions we make, we may
end up drowning. However, it is critical that we react to something; we may have diverse feelings, but
the art can literally allow anyone to judge them. And it is for this reason that the arts can both inspire
and offer significance to our lives.

Public art, like the video's art installation, encourages self-awareness. It has the potential to
provide people with social connection. It can reveal people's values, sensitivities, and how they perceive
things differently. It is a reflection of the community, the time and location in which it was created, the
artist, and the people who saw it. People could come up with a lot more significant concept for art in
public. It is an art of admiration for them to propagate rumors. When we see art, it might expose our
inner selves by allowing us to appreciate things that were previously unappreciated.

If I have the talent and am given the opportunity to create a public art installation, I will create a
concept in which everyone must awaken now or never. People, especially now that we are in the midst
of a pandemic, tend to be easy breezy and travel anywhere they want without fear of contracting the
virus and spreading it to others. When will we realize things if not now? It is also a government notion;
people must understand the distinction between love for country and love for money. We must vote for
and support officials who will eventually hoist our flag through thick and thin.

It is also a discriminating concept that must be eradicated. No one deserves to be demoted; no

one wants to be discriminated against or mistreated. We need to be reminded that everyone is
different, and we all have our own distinct personalities. Everyone is stunning. Everyone is entitled to
respect. Despite our differences, we should lift each other up, much like we do with art: various pieces
have different meanings, but they are all beautiful. Different perspectives, different points of view. Every
work of art deserves to be appreciated.
