SUBJECT: DESIGNATION OF MR. ROGER 0. BAGAFORO AS OFFICER-IN-CHARGE,

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, PHILIPPINE RUBBER RESEARCH INSTITUTE (OIC-
EXEC. DIR., PRRI)

In the exigency of service and in view of the retirement of Engr. Dennis H. Palabrica, MR. ROGER
0. BAGAFORO, Chief Science Research Specialist, DA-Regional Field Office IX (DA-RFO IX) is
hereby designated as OFFICER-IN-CHARGE, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, PHILIPPINE RUBBER
RESEARCH INSTITUTE (OIC-EXEC. DIR., PRRI).

As such, he shall perform the duties and responsibilities inherent to the designation and such
others as directed by the Secretary.

He is entitled to RATA and his travelling allowance, per diems and incidental expenses that may
be incurred in the performance of his duties and responsibilities in view of the designation are
chargeable against PRRI funds and other available funds, subject to existing government
accounting and auditing rules and procedures.

All officials and employees of the Department including its Bureaus, Attached Agencies and
Corporations, and Regional Field Offices are hereby directed to give their full support and
cooperation to OIC-Exec. Dir. Bagaforo in the performance of his duties and responsibilities.

This Order shall take effect on January 3, 2022 and shall remain enforced unless revoked in
writing. All other orders inconsistent herewith are deemed revoked.
