Bara : Good morning Mr. Mitchel. Welcome to our office.
Mr. Mitchel : Good morning too Mr. Bara. Glad to be here.
Bara : First I want to say thank you about the chance to meet you and allow me to
introduce myself. My name is Ambara Cipta and I’m the PR of Manchester design Company.
As you’ve known, our company is working in design and wood manufacture. I bring a
proposal to ytour company. I’ll explain to you all about our proposal. So, I’ll lead this
meeting from now until the end of meeting.
Mr. Mitchel : Okay, I’am so excited to hear about your proposal.
Bara : So, can we start?
Mr. Mitchel : Yes
Bara : As you know, our company has been working in design stuff for 135 years. In
135 years we have already established 5 branches where is all of them is located in England.
1 in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and two in Merseyside. Our central branch is in
Manchester.
Mr. Mitchel : That’s good. But, before that. I want to know about purpose of your company.
Bara : we aim to be the greatest wood and plastic raw material design company on
UK. And what we do are, first add more branches in England, second Add many partnership
again to join us, third make new invention every year that can help human to make their life
easier.
Mr. Mitchel : I’m clear with that. How about the invention that this company has made.
Bara : We have already made a lot of new invention
Mr. Mitchel : Yeah, I know it, One from this company’s famous invention is flying table.
Bara : Yes, that’s one from our famous invention. But, not just that. We have the
other invention for example drinking plastic glass which is can glow in the dark, some wood
stuff but looks like transparent, etc.
Mr. Mitchel : Oh, All of them looks expensive. And I want to know about company market
segment.
Bara : Our stuff has a high level quality. Mostly it sell in expensive price. That’s why
our market segment is for high level economy, for example high office position,
Conglomerate, business man, etc. And for high place quality, for example restaurant, bank,
company office, etc.
Mr. Mitchel : Okay it’s quite clear. How about company main product?

Bara : We have a lot of new invention about table, chair, drinking plastic glass. But,
our main product is hanger and some kitchen stuff. The quality is one of the best on UK.
Mr. Mitchel : It’s interesting. How about the company partnership?
Bara : For our partnership we have Marvel sales promotion and Rey sales promotion
to promote our product. Our suppliers are Bagus’ wood company and Damar’s wood
company but they aren’t our priority. For plastic raw material supplier we have Teddy’s raw
material company and Yoga’s raw material company. All branches has same supplier but for
Merseyside branches and London branch has extra supplier. For Merseyside branches they
have extra supplier for raw wood from Philippine. Their company name is heaven wood. For
London branch they have extra supplier for raw wood too from Swiss. Their company name
is Xhaka’s wood company. But they aren’t our priority.
Mr. Mitchel : Thank you, it’s clear. Maybe that’s all what I want to ask about the company.
Now I just want to know about the condition & term.
Bara : The benefits for Wood Lend Company from joining us are :

 Wood Lend Company will get 3% of our company’s share

 The Wood Lend Company will get 20% income from every furniture we sell
 Every month Wood Lend Company will get 13,08 Euro
 The first contract will be for 3 years, start from 2022 until 2025.
 The renewal contract depend on our income.

Mr. Mitchel : Wow! What a shock. Is that true? This is the first time I got that kind of offer
Bara : I know it. But there are some provisions that you have to obey.
Mr. Mitchel : What it is?
Bara : The provisions if Wood Land Company want to join us :

 Wood Land Company must supply us 5 tons of wood each year

 Wood Land Company must supply us the wood as like we want. If we want Hogwarts
wood, they have to send it. If we want black hole wood, they have to send it.
 If the wood supply don’t send it on time when we need it. Wood Lend Company
must give us extra pay 645,26 Euro for the penalty.
 Wood Land Company must be our priority. If Wood Land Company violate this
provision they must give extra pay 6.452,57 Euro for the penalty

Mr. Mitchel : I’ve to be carefull with it. Okay, it’s all clear. I’ll consider about this company
proposal.
Bara : I’ve a big hope to you Mr. Mitchel. We will wait for your decision.
