REY A. COMPLETO, EMMA C. DACUMOS, RUTH C. SAPIO AND LIZA C. SUAYBAGUIO, all
of legal age, all married, Filipinos and residents of Davao City as by these presents have
NAMED, CONSTITUTED and APPOINTED, LEA C. MA of legal age, Filipino, and a resident
of Davao City be our true and lawful Attorney-in-fact to me and in my name, place, and stead
to do perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent us in filing for a petition of the lost title before the Courts and the
Registrar of Deeds in Davao City for the property embraced under TCT T-323661;

2. To process, execute, sign and receive any and all documents as may be necessary
and or required for the petition of the lost title of the said property;

3. To represent us in all proceedings in the petition for lost title.

4. To perform any and all other acts as may be necessary to carry the foregoing
authority for the sole purpose herein provided;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform all acts and things requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority to all
extent and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and
