The student services that are being offered by the University of Northeastern
Philippines cannot just be taken for granted considering the “no face to face” policy of
the school. These support services is also very expensive considering the expertise and
facilities that one could avail .

rendered to a sick patient – First Aid and initial nursing assessments are given
during emergent situation.
3. The Schools Library Services are one of the many services offered to schools - all
phases and all sectors - by local authorities. The service is run by experienced
qualified librarians who have knowledge of the curriculum and of children’s
literature.
4. School cafeterias allow our students to spend time with their classmates outside
of the classroom, in a more relaxed and pleasant environment. However,
because of the pandemic, there is no operation done in this school cafeteria.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Personal Safety Practices
Certain measures will be needed to reduce the risk of exposure and spread of COVID-
19. You can spread COVID-19 to others even when you do not feel sick.
1. PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Maintaining space between yourself and others is a best practice and is one of the best
tools to avoid exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
2. FACE COVERINGS
The use of face coverings, including homemade masks, scarfs, bandanas or
handkerchiefs, helps to minimize risks to the wearer and to those around them.
3. HAND HYGIENE
Frequent handwashing is one of the most important actions individuals can take
in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
4. COUGHING/SNEEZING HYGIENE
Always remember to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough
or sneeze. If you do not have tissues, the CDC recommends you cough or sneeze
into the inside of your elbow, not into your hands. Throw tissue in the trash and
immediately wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer that
contains at least 60% alcohol.
5. PERSONAL DISINFECTION
Per Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, routine cleaning and
disinfecting are an important part of reducing the risk of exposure to COVID-19.
Routine cleaning can reduce risk of exposure and is a necessary step before
disinfecting surfaces.
