– Processors, Computers, Servers, Internet, Clouds, Internet-of-Things
– Imaging, Sensors, Sensor Interfacing, DSP, System-on-Chip
– Controllers, Robotics, Embedded Systems

Such technologies enriched a broad range of industries


– Aerospace, Military, Medical, Industrial, Automotive, Digital
Entertainment, Communications (Wired, Wireless, Optical)

Several fields of studies collaborate to create ICs

Overview on several topics related to integrated circuits and systems


to complete the bigger picture with the previously studied courses
(electronic devices, electronic circuits, digital circuits) and offered
electives (ICs technology, ASICs, analog IC design)

• Module 2: Interconnects
– Parasitics, Delay, Power, Crosstalk, IR Drop
