Greetings of Solidarity and Peace!

We, the undersigned 4th year BS Civil Engineering students of Batangas State University – Alangilan
Campus currently taking up CE 418: CE Design Project 1, are requesting your good office to permit us to
conduct a short interview with respect to your plans for the development of the Municipality of Tanauan,
Batangas. The said interview will illuminate us on the specific sort of project recommendation that we are
to design. Thus, we will ask for your help with giving us the specific infrastructure designs that will
require a project study. Upon completion of the project study that we will make, we can comply with the
requirements of our subject, and provide your great office the result of the study. In accordance with this,
we are humbly looking for your great office to provide us with a copy of the Tanauan Municipal
Development Plan, Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the municipality, and also the Annual
Investment Plan.
