3. If crew carries Hepatitis B,

d). Please line-up crew name in DJCS after you get release msg from the other team.

Please don’t record the crew name in advance on DJCS before getting release msg.

e). Before interview, please hold crew cert. first. Please do not let crew run away after interview.
