Origin of this disease is China. In December 2019, a new virus was discovered during an outbreak in
Wuhan, China. Although COVID-19 symptoms can range from being undetectable to fatal, fever, dry
cough, and exhaustion are the most frequent ones. Elderly patients and those with specific
underlying medical conditions are more likely to experience severe illness.

When and how it was identified in your home country?

It was believed that COVID-19 is spreading in my home country Pakistan. On February 26, 2020,
Karachi reported the first COVID-19 case. Pakistan's population is expected to be 204.65 million. 3,4
The virus gradually spreads to different areas of the country and is already epidemic. By April 10,
2020, Pakistan has confirmed 4601 instances of COVID-19; 727 of these patients had recovered,
while 66 had passed away.

How the world, your workplace or study and your daily life have been impacted from
the wicked problem “Covid 19”?
Answer: Around the world, the pandemic has caused significant social and economic disruption,
including the biggest global recession since the Great Depression. Supply chain instability led to
widespread shortages of supplies, particularly food supplies. The subsequent almost universal
lockdowns resulted in a record-breaking drop in pollution. In many jurisdictions, public spaces,
including schools, were shuttered entirely or in part, and other events were postponed or cancelled.
As for as my study matters concerned there was no hazel due to online classes. I have learned a lot
online due to lockdown without wasting my time. But most of people’s lives also effected due to
sudden break down of disease.

Along with all the world problems my workplace was also affected by covid-19 because due to
complete lock down. Nobody can travel to workplace and all companies were closed. Its affect me a
it was a difficult time to for me to manage all the things in daily life.

What are the advantages of addressing this issue? Explain the possible risks that could
be arisen in next 2 years if we haven’t solved Covid 19 completely?

Addressing the corona virus issue is important because we can plan strategies to survive in this type
of pandemic in future. we can plan our survival in this difficult time.one of best advantage of
addressing this issue is people getting vaccination to avoid any harmful effect in future.

Best advantage of this issue is that many school and colleges developed their own online system for
studies. Although COVID-19 has brought about a number of difficulties, it has also opened up a
number of new opportunities.

Over the past few years, online education has expanded and gained widespread acceptability.so in
future if there was any such type pandemic arise then people have solution to combat them.

If there was not proper elimination of this disease then world will run into economic crises along
with many more financial crises.so there is need to solve this issue. To avoid any type of harmful
crises on the economy of the world. Most important things are the life of people that would ruin due
to this.
