ASSIGNMENT I

MOCK MEETING – 60 marks (15%)

WORK THAT SHOULD BE DONE

1. Students have to work in a group of 4-5 for this assignment.

2. Each group needs to:

a. discuss 4 important and relevant issues based on an approved topic between 15 and 20
minutes.
b. submit minutes of meeting (1 day after the meeting).

3. Each group must be smartly and properly dressed during the online mock meeting.

4. Any group which comes unprepared on the day of the presentation will be disqualified
instantly.

5. Only quality work will be graded.

6. Students will be graded individually for the mock meeting (40 marks) but will be graded as a
group for the meeting documentation

Personnel in the meeting:

The dialogue in the meeting MUST utilize all 4 elements below:

b. Interrupting

You can choose 4 approaches for each issues as below:

c. to generate ideas
d. to issue instructions
e. to make implementation
f. to present a proposal
g. to reach a resolution
