I. TOPIC: Mental Health

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, We all know that many of us are affected and one of

these is the students who are stuck in their homes and continuing their studies through

online classes. It was initially comfortable and convenient. This meant no more driving to

school or snack preparation for parents. Some students even come to class in their

pajamas. In the long run, however, students, parents, professors, and teachers have

recognized the difficulties of online classes, particularly their effects on individual mental

health(KY counseling center,2021). Due to the fact that among the majority of students

encountered this mental health issue such as Depression, Anxiety, Social Anxiety that

cause numerous cases of suicide that our country reported throughout the years.

FACTORS:

•Environment - Loud noises and big crowds can be overpowering, causing stress to

rise might affect our mental health.

•Workloads/School Works - A heavier workload causes more stress, which can lead

to burnout and cause mental health problems.

•Time - Lack of Time Management can cause Lack of sleep it can lead to anxiety

and depression
