REQUEST UPDATED TAX DECLARATION OF SUBDIVIDED

OR CONSOLIDATED LOTS

A. ABOUT THE SERVICE:

Real Property Owners, surveyors, law offices, may request the Office of the City Assessor to
update their tax declaration in conformity with the approved subdivision/consolidation plan.
Each property owner will be issued separate tax declaration and can pay their real property tax
separately.

B. WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICES:

Real Property owners, law offices, surveyors

C. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS

Letter request or verbal request
Blue or white print copy of the approved subdivision/consolidation plan
Supporting documents (sale with partition, adjudication with partition, deed of partition, etc)
Photocopy of each title
Certificate Authorizing Registration, if applicable
Transfer Tax Fee if cases when there is change of name
Certificate of Non Tax Delinquency/Realty Tax Receipts
Payment of Processing Fee

D. FEES/CHARGES:
Php50.00 processing fee for each parcel of the land
Php100.00 for each certified true copy of tax declaration

E. SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE:

Mondays to Fridays,
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
