Sleeping All Day During Ramadan Fasting, Counting Worship?

When undergoing Ramadan fasting, holding back sleep is a challenge in addition to holding
back thirst and hunger. Not infrequently someone finally decides to sleep even until the time
of breaking the fast.
Then what is the ruling on people sleeping while fasting? Here's the explanation.
Hadith
Launching the page In Islam, sleep is an activity that can reward you throughout Ramadan.
As stated in the following hadith:

"The sleep of a fasting person is worship, his silence is prayer beads, his deeds of worship are
multiplied, his prayers are answered, and his sins are forgiven" (HR Baihaqi).
Count as worship
Launching NU Online, sleeping with the intention of strengthening yourself so that you can
carry out worship in the month of Ramadan is also counted as worship. As explained in the
book Ittihaf sadat al-Muttaqien:
"The sleep of a fasting person is worship, his breath is prayer beads, and his silence is
wisdom. This hadith shows that although sleep is the essence of forgetfulness, anything that
can help a person perform worship is also considered worship” (Shaykh Murtadla az-Zabidi,
Ittihaf Sadat al-Muttaqin, juz 5, p. 574).
Cancel to be reward
Fadhilah or the virtue of sleep is counted as worship, does not apply when someone pollutes
his fast by committing immoral acts. In such circumstances, sleeping while fasting is no
longer worth worship. Regarding this, Ibn Hajar al-Haitami explained:

"Abu al-Aliyah said: a fasting person remains in worship as long as he does not gossip about
others, even though he is sleeping in his bed. Hafshah once said: how delicious is worship
while I sleep in bed” (Ahmad ibn Hajar al-Haitami, Ittihaf Ahli al-Islam bi Khushushiyyat as-
Shiyam, p. 65).

On that basis, in order to sleep while fasting is counted as worship, there are two criteria.
First, it is not meant to be lazy, but to be more enthusiastic in carrying out worship. Second,
do not interfere with fasting worship by committing immoral acts.
