HCM Extract Tool.
Good working experience in creation of DFF’S and EFF’S and Custom Value Sets.
Having good knowledge in Security Profiles, Personalization (Customization), Roles Concepts, Auto
role provisioning concepts etc.

Description:
The Support project is a move of ‘TOMP’ Core HR from TOMP’s EBS to Oracle Fusion applications.
All persons, employee, job & assignments, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Financials (SLAs’ ex: AP, AR, GL, Fixed
Assets etc. for “TOMP” Should be loaded from EBS to Fusion HCM Cloud.
Developing OBI Reports/OTBI Analytics for all the modules based on the client’s need.
Worked on Data conversions using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
Worked on Person security profiles.
Configuring setups related to Core HR using Functional Setup Manager in Fusion application
and completely involved into Employee Work relationship.
Experience in Developing Value sets, Look up.
Expertise in Creating Descriptive Flex Fields and Extensible Flex Fields.
Prepare Test Script document For Core HR and Absence Management.
Worked on to create Fusion HCM Extracts to extract Absence information for legacy inte -
gration.
Worked on Termination, Probation Alerts Scheduling.

persons, employee, job & assignments, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Financials (SLAs’ ex: AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets
etc. for “COG” Should be loaded from EBS to Fusion HCM Cloud.
Developing BI Reports for all the modules based on the client’s need.
Testing and validation of report deliverables.
Gathering and analysis of client requirements.
Validate the EBS data and migrating into Oracle Fusion Applications.
Developed custom reports to monitor the error records.
Developed the BI reports to analyzing the errors and in convenient manner (XL outputs/pdf
outputs).
Good Experience in Security Console (creates Users, assign roles to users).
Involved in the creation of Absence plans and configure for the employees and tested the
complete cycle of Absence management as Employee, HR Manager and HR Administrator.
Configured the Employee Manager approval Hierarchy.
Developed BI Reports implemented Parameters and Triggers.
