of the design, performance and safety of the plant / works or any other obligations under the contract and Indian
Statutory laws nor does it limit the employer’s rights under the contract. Drawing / Document approval shall be read
in conjunction with this comments letter.

A: Approved for construction / Manufacture. D: Not accepted Insufficient details. Return
without review.
B: Approved with comments. Construction/ E: Retained for Information only.
Manufacture may commence subject to
compliance of comments, Resubmit for review
and approval.
C: Resubmit for review after incorporating
comments.
