The proposed sealant bite of 10mm x 9mm and 10mm x 12mm is acceptable.

Please note that the above contact width calculation is the absolute minimum that must be achieved by any
part of the structural sealant bite, the designer should include additional tolerances in addition to this
minimum contact width in his design contact width.

Recommendations:

Proglaze II can be used for site glazing / re-glazing, temporary clips shall be installed during the sealant curing stage so
that no unnecessary loading imposed on the panel while the sealant is curing.

The results of the adhesion testing are only valid as long as the supplier certifies that neither the formulation nor
manufacturing process for these materials has been changed.
Application recommendations are based on Tremco Laboratory testing, evaluation and technical specifications.
