TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A. PAYMENT: Thirty percent (50 %) Downpayment (Dated Check), Balance upon
delivery.
B. AVAILABILITY: Ex stock subject to prior sale.

C. DELIVERY: Free delivery within Metro Manila, outside Metro Manila will be Client’s
account.
D. DELAYED/RESCHEDULED DELIVERIES:
For delays and schedules in deliveries for reasons other than ours, we reserve the right
to demand and collect for applicable costs, including but not limited to Storage fees,
transportation fees, labor cost, opportunity cost, etc.
F. CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation of order for reasons other than ours, payments will be refunded
less all applicable chargers, including but not limited to the cancellation charge, which
is equivalent to 25% of the total contract price.
G. MANUALS: A complete set of Operations and Maintenance Manuals will be provided with the
equipment upon delivery.
H. WARRANTY: I. MZNPOWER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warranty Period for Standby-by Power Application packaged Genset is One (1) year or
1000 running hours per year whichever comes first under normal genset standard
procedures.
II. User’s Responsibilities:
Performance of the required maintenance, operating procedures and use of proper
fuel, oil, lubricants and coolant.

III. Limitations:
Failure resulting from any use or installation which MZNPOWER Enterprise judges
improper.

Failure resulting from abuse, neglect and/or improper repair.

Failures resulting for user’s delay in making the product available after being notified of
a potential product problem.

Note: Our Warranty is limited to the labor and parts necessary to place the equipment
supplied by us back into operation. Any incidental losses such opportunity losses,
business losses, or customer expenses are not covered by our warranty.

I.SERVICES OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE: Basic Start-up training of your maintenance personnel. However, that
training will be conducted only upon complete acceptance of our supplied equipment and/or installation (MZNPOWER
ENTERPRISE will not be held responsible for failure of unit operated without the proper acceptance).
For Outside of Metro Manila all transportation (air, sea and/or land) and board/lodging
expenses will be for the customer’s account.

NOTES:
1. Installation of the equipment is not included in the proposal. Subject to buyer’s request
and specific scope of works, this could be quoted separately.
2. The genset being offered comes in standard configuration as identified in this offer and
its attachment. Price may vary depending on final accessories to be supplied, which
have not been anticipated to be included.
3. The genset being proposed including the factory supplied accessories installed or
shipped loose are based on Cummins standard offering.
4. All consumables such as Load Bank. Fuel and other miscellaneous items needed
during testing and commissioning are not included in the proposal.
5. Testing and commissioning of the unit shall be done on a One time visit only, should
there be any additional request for on-site manpower is considered as a separate
6. Order and shall correspond to additional charges. Kindly advice five day before the
required scheduled of the said activity.
7. Civil works such as foundation pad, concrete encasements and trenches are not
included in the scope of works.
8. Diesel fuel to be used during testing and commissioning of the equipment will be owner
supplied.
J. VALIDITY: Thirty (30) days from receipt hereof, subject to our confirmation
thereafter.
Validity: Price is subject to our confirmation before placement of order (Subject to prior sale).
