catalog.

Response: The Marketing Manager wants unique page visits to increase by at least
2K each month by the end of the year.

What makes this goal attainable? Is it realistic given available time and
resources?
Response: Yes because it is the start of quarter 1 and launch happens at the end of third
quarter and goal will be measure at the end of fourth quarter. Company has the resources and
the time.

What makes this goal relevant? Does it support project or business objectives?
Response: Office Green projects that their customer base will grow by at least 15%.

What makes this goal time-bound? Does it include a timeline or deadline?


Response:Since its the start of first quarter, team has almost 9 months to complete and
launch the project and team will have 3 more months to track the progress and see the project
met its goals at the end of fourth quarter.

Response: The company plans to create an Operations and Training plan for Plant
Pals to improve on existing customer service standards and boost efficiency.

What makes this goal measurable? Does it include metrics to gauge success?
Response: Office Green’s customer retention rate number to increase by at least 10%
this year. Also a customer satisfaction rating of over 90% this year.

What makes this goal attainable? Is it realistic given available time and
resources?
Response: The rating has stayed between 85%-90% for the last five years. So yes
taking it over 90% in a year is attainable considering the company plans. And the
company already has a customer retention rate of 80%.When surveyed, 85% of
existing customers expressed an interest in Plant Pals.

What makes this goal relevant? Does it support project or business objectives?
Response: It will increase the customer satisfaction which will lead to customer retention.

Response: Goal includes 12 month time frame.
