Homebase can co-invest up to 90% of the home that you are buying, and

You decide to purchase a 4B VND home, and want to put down 30%
initially. Homebase can help co-invest 70% of the value of your home. You
will pay the same amount every month to gain full ownership of your
property at the end of 36 months.

What happens when you need to exit the plan before the end of the
term?
If you do decide to terminate the contract prior to the end of the term, you will only
need to pay us the Outstanding Balance for that month.
Example: If you decide to exit at Month 35, and we decide to sell the property, you
will only need to return 97,144,444 VND in total to Homebase.
You decide to purchase a 4B VND home, and want to put down 50%
initially. Homebase can help co-invest 50% of the value of your home. You
will pay the same amount every month to gain full ownership of your
property at the end of 36 months.

What is the maximum portion that Homebase can support under Stable Buyout?
Homebase can support up to 90% of the property’s value, regardless of the price
tag. The contract term can last up to 10 years, with an option to extend at the
end.
How do I split the capital appreciation with Homebase under Stable Buyout?
Under Stable Buyout, you are entitled to 100% of all future property appreciation.
You want a stable and cheaper monthly payment for the first few years of your home-
ownership journey.
You want a consistent payment scheme every single month that allows you to plan
your budget ahead of time and manage your cash flow.
You want to have rates that are fixed and certain, instead of floating, contingent on
market performance.
You want a flexible ownership option that allows you to buy back more equity at any
time.
