Homebase’s HomeBuyer creates an accessible and flexible pathway to
owning a home in Vietnam.

Homebase can co-invest up to 90% of the home that you are buying, and
tailor a bespoke payment plan to your needs that allows you to build up or
maintain the same amount of ownership over time, and buy the home from
us whenever you’re ready, or walk away and cash out your savings.

What this product solves

Property prices in Vietnam are skyrocketing - making homeownership more

How Stable Buyout works
Based on your needs, Homebase can co-invest up to 90% of the value of the home
you are buying. The principal amount determines our initial investment in your
property. Homebase will help share the total cost, while you get to enjoy all the
benefits of a full-fledged homeowner and all the capital gains of an investor.

In the meantime, we only charge a flat fee as low as 8.3% yearly based on the
amount you still owe us. This fee is payable every month until you fully own 100% of
the property!
