Amrita Vidyalayam would like to extend its heartfelt token of gratitude to all the stakeholders for supporting
us by allowing their ward(s) to attend the inaugural function. We feel immensely grateful for being
associated with such cooperative and supportive parents.

The management of the school would, also, like to express its deepest regrets for the unfortunate and
unforeseen developments of situations that channelized the entire experience towards dissatisfaction. It
would be authentic here to make all the enterprising parents aware of the fact that the school had made all
the necessary arrangements, as was mentioned in the circular, for the students. However, due to tight and
high profile security reasons permission was not granted to the school authority to carry those provisions
inside the premises. Although the concerned school authorities tried their level best to convince the security
and police personnel yet it did not receive any support or permission. The school very well can gauge the
level of suffering that the students had to undergo and for that it expresses its heartfelt apologies.

The school would like to reiterate the fact here that it has always been caring and supportive towards its
beloved students. It did not leave any stone unturned, whenever it was required to provide the best to its
beloved students. The association with all the supportive parents have also helped the school to cross
innumerable hurdles and achieve remarkable milestones. Therefore, the management expects that this one
unpleasant experience would not make the cordial relation with the parents and students change its course.

The school sincerely urges the parents to understand the constraints faced by the management and condone
with it, and would like to assure all the parents that as always the school would meticulously be attentive
enough in making all the necessary arrangements in future.
